Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is not a booking. Quotes should state currency, validity, travellers, dates, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, deadlines and supplier terms.
Supplier and booking role
State whether Fabraw acts as agent, intermediary, organiser or principal for each service. Identify the contracting supplier and explain responsibility for delivery, complaints, insolvency protection and refunds. This clause must reflect your actual legal arrangement.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers should provide accurate details, check passport validity and comply with visa, health, insurance, customs and local rules. Requirements vary by nationality and route.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment schedules, change fees, cancellation rights, supplier penalties and refund procedures will be stated in the booking confirmation and applicable terms. Statutory rights cannot be excluded where law prohibits it.
Yacht and cruise conditions
Vessel capacity, routes, crew, weather, port access and operational decisions are subject to supplier, captain, cruise-line and local authority requirements.
Liability, intellectual property and disputes
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Website copy, design and branding may not be copied without permission. Add the applicable governing law, courts and dispute process after legal review: [jurisdiction].
Complaints and contact
Contact [email protected] with booking references. Add the actual complaint handling and escalation process.
